At Finding Simple we manage all our projects (big or small) following a simple methodology to help ensure we meet your requirements, on time and on budget.

1. Plan

planWe like to start each project with some research and analysis and put together a carefully thought out set of requirements.

Next, we take your vision and begin to form the basis for a site structure, layout and set of project milestones.

2. Design

designOnce we have a good set of requirements that meets your needs – the fun begins! This is where we start on the site’s look and feel.

We take our knowledge from the planning stage and put together a couple of concepts or prototypes for your comment/review.

3. Build

buildOnce the design is ready and you’re eager to get your baby online we turn the final concept into a fully functional site on one of our development servers. This ensures that if you have an existing site it remains live until the new site is ready and it gives us a chance to add any finishing touches to your site.

Then once your shiny new site is ready to go we’ll either launch it on your chosen web host provider.

4. Manage / Support

manageOnce your site has launched it doesn’t mean we’re out of the picture. In fact, it’s just the opposite!

We can provide ongoing assistance with the day-to-day management of your site and any ad-hoc support requests or training that you may require. We don’t just drop the site in your lap, we are here to help!
