Do you ship coral interstate?
No. Coral is pickup in Adelaide only — live animals don't survive overnight courier transit through an Australian summer reliably enough to risk. See the Shipping page.
How does shipping work for printed goods?
Physical 3D-printed goods ship flat-rate across South Australia, or you can pick them up in Adelaide. We serve South Australia only.
How do digital download files work?
Once your order is paid, the download is available from your order page. Each file has its own licence terms shown at purchase.
How do I pick up?
After purchase I'll message you with the pickup location (a normal suburban Adelaide address) and some suggested times. For coral, bring a foam box or container with tank water if the drive home is more than 30 minutes.
What if a coral dies after I pick it up?
Coral is a live animal and once it's out of my tank it's on you. If something looks wrong at pickup, tell me and we'll work it out before you take it.
Can I mix coral and printed goods in one order?
Yes — but any order that includes coral is pickup only (the live animal sets the whole order to pickup). Order printed goods on their own if you'd rather have them shipped.
