Who we are
Finding Simple is run by Binary Playground, a sole-trader operation based in Adelaide, South Australia. ABN listed on the invoice.
What you can do here
Browse our goods, place orders for pickup or SA-wide shipping, download digital files you've bought, and contact us.
Ordering
When you place an order:
- Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. You agree we may take the amount shown.
- Your order is confirmed when we receive payment.
- For coral, the frag is reserved for you to inspect at pickup; if you decline it at pickup (see returns), we refund on the spot.
- We'll email you a confirmation. If you don't get one, let us know.

Service area
We serve South Australia only. Coral is pickup-only in Adelaide; any order containing coral is pickup-only. Printed goods ship flat-rate across SA or can be picked up. See the shipping policy.
Listings
We try to describe each item accurately with current photos. Coral appearance varies under different lighting and tank conditions and changes over time; we don't guarantee a frag will look the same in your tank as in ours. Stock is updated as we frag and print; if the site sells you something we've just sold in person, we'll refund you immediately.
What we don't promise
- That the site will be up 24/7.
- That every coral will thrive in every tank — see the returns policy on care responsibility.
- That we'll always have a given item in stock.
Our right to refuse future orders
We can decline a future order or stop trading with someone for any reason. Rudeness is one of them. This applies to future orders only; it doesn't affect any remedy you're owed under the Australian Consumer Law on a purchase you've already made.
Privacy
We have a separate privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one live on this page at the time of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by South Australian law and the Australian Consumer Law.
